Can sense impurities in water and see clearly when submerged in water. I have nothing funny to say here other than I'm sure he's using bubble creation for passagg reasons. Probably trapping people's stuff in bubbles and being like Ha Ha Fucker. Probably mostly doing this to Link ngl. Blessing of the Depths - Tier 2 Your command over water and ice improves. You may purify water, or create ice that never melts. You may breathe underwater for two hours, or resist the cold for two hours, both once per day.
